Many LYADHKHOR products are produced specifically after an order is placed. As a result, cancellation or modification may not be possible once an order has entered production.
If you need to request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible at shop.lyadhkhor@gmail.com. A request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled or modified.
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

LYADHKHOR products may be made to order. Returns and exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other non-defective reasons may therefore not be accepted.
If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect product, you must contact us within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy and provide the required supporting evidence.
Eligibility for a replacement or refund will be determined in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
